Jackson County Public Library Kids and Teens (ages 0-18)

Kids and Teens (ages 0-18) can sign up anytime after June 3rd for the Summer Learning Program and get their first prize. Sign up in-person at the library, at jackson county library nc.readsquared.com, or download the Read Squared app. All kids have to do is read (or be read to) 20 minutes a day throughout the summer to earn prizes. They will get a prize for every 7 days they read, with a total of 7 prizes throughout the summer. Like last year, we have separate reading logs for ages 0-3 (activity based), 3-11, and 12+.

Please note: Free lunches for kids under 18 will be available on Mondays through Thursdays from 11:30am-12:30pm June 3rd-June 20th.
